All items purchased from The Home of Lavender may be returned to us if you are unhappy with our product.
Returns are to be posted back to the following address:

Please leave a small note detailing your order number with the returned goods.
Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging and we always advise that you send the goods back using a signed or tracked postal service as proof of return. All return postage is paid by the buyer and if you are simply returning an item with no faults to the product, we will deduct our postage costs from your refund.
